What would you say to someone who is beginner?
“Don’t give up or get frustrated by karate moves that you can’t do well. Through repetition and training, you will be good someday.”

“I am just thankful to be healthy and able to train this many years in Karate. I’m also thankful for all the Lord Jesus has given me”.
